Yes! You will receive the same products which will be in description of your order. If there is change we will inform you accordingly.
Customized Baskets, Flowers Arrangements, Chocolates arrangements are hand made and may vary from pic. But the the quantity will be same that will be in description of your order.
As far as concern about the non-perishable products such as Teddy Bear, Gift Items, Perfumes, etc will be same. You will be informed on your provided number if there is any change.
We are Lahore Based. In Lahore order can be deliver in same day. But it may take 1 to 2 days that depend on your order and payment confirmation.
For other cites it may take 3 to 7 working days. If you order real flowers and cake for other cites and pay the private car courier charges than it can be delivered on your specify date.

We accept returns in 3 days after the receiving of your order an its only for non-perishable products such as teddy bears, chocolates, gift items, etc.
Once you receive your order and you find it not according to you requirement or faulty than you will have to inform us in 12 hours and return that order in 3 working days via FastX Courier Service to Daewoo Thokar Niaz Baig on your expense. We will return your amount in 7 working days after receiving the parcel.
If products are perishable such as flowers, cakes , cup cakes etc than there will be no return as we dispatch all these products after proper mechanism and verification. But we will try our best to compensate you as much as we can(Fee Sabeelillah).
